Cancellation Policy

We understand plans change sometimes. Unfortunately, due to the nature of our business, we have a strict change and refund policy.

• -We need 30 days cancellation notice prior to your check in date to receive a full refund. This will give us enough time to book this property again.
• If you decide to cancel 15 days before the arrival date there will be a  $250 fee, too.
• If cancellation is less than 14 days before the arrival date, there will be no refunds.
• No refunds for canceled holidays, long weekends and festivals dates reservations.
